OFFICE OF SECRETARY STATE

WHEREAS, a Certificate, duly signed and acknowledged, having been filed in the Office of Secretary of State on the 14th day of August, A.D. 1872, for the organization of the Swiss Benevolent Society of Chicago (Sweizerische Wohltaetigkeits-Gesellschaft) under and in accordance with the provisions of an “Act Concerning Corporations”, approved April 18th, 1872, and enforced July 1st, 1872, a copy of which Certificate is hereto attached,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Edward Rummel, Secretary of State of Illinois, by virtue of the powers and duties vested in me by law, do hereby certify that the said Swiss Benevolent Society (Sweizerische Wohltaetigkeits-Gesellschaft) is a legally organized corporation under the laws for this state.
